Have you heard of the Enneagram? Who hasn't? Though the Enneagram may be well known, it's not always clear how an understanding of this powerful tool connects practically to the work setting. Through active discussion and personal reflection, participants will gain an understanding of how their personal Enneagram type provides opportunities for healthy and effective servant leadership.
