Students are a valuable resource to assist in the advancement of a university mission and vision.  This session will focus on how to craft internships for students that are intentional for the student and office, streamlined and yet customized, and maximize the skill sets and education the student brings to the table while still pouring into their growth.  Presented by a current university staff and their student intern, this session will be interactive and provide practical tools to take and implement into your area of influence.
